History
The National Oil construction company was established pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. 313 of 2013 and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 22 of 2010 on commercial activity and Law No. 9 of 2010 on investment promotion, and the decision of the board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation was issued as the General Assembly of the company No. 6 of 2017.
